Lisa Legeer has been named Senior Vice President of Research and Healthcare Consulting at GlynnDevins, the nation’s leading data and technology-enabled senior living marketing services firm.
With more than two decades of healthcare and senior living experience, Legeer will oversee market research and healthcare consulting for the agency. Her role encompasses custom qualitative and quantitative consumer research, market demand and feasibility assessments, and resident and employee satisfaction.
“Lisa has a strong track record of success within our field, and we’re honored to have her background and experience as we continue to strengthen our data capabilities,” said Susan Bogan, GlynnDevins chief customer officer. “She will be instrumental in providing meaningful insights that drive brand and business strategies for our clients.”
Prior to joining GlynnDevins, Legeer was a principal at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (DHG), a Charlotte, North Carolina-based public accounting firm that ranks among the top 20 in the nation. At DHG, she worked with senior living and post-acute providers, hospitals and health systems to develop and implement strategies to succeed in the transformation of healthcare delivery from fee-for-service (volume) to risk- and performance-based payment models (value). During her 20-plus-year career, she has provided strategic planning, operational consulting, performance improvement, marketing/market research, and other advisory services to both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. She also has extensive experience in market demand analyses for proposed and existing senior living and long-term care providers.
“I’m excited to join GlynnDevins in its mission of helping senior living organizations engage seniors and their family members along each phase of their customer journey,” said Legeer. “I’ve been fortunate to have a career that’s allowed me to make a difference in the lives of others, and GlynnDevins’ proven expertise and commitment to that goal will be a wonderful asset.”
Legeer received her bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and communication studies from the University of Virginia. She serves on the board of trustees for the National Benevolent Association, a faith-based organization that helps provide affordable housing, children and family services, advocacy for older adults, and more for the underprivileged.
