Ad agency Bernstein-Rein (Kansas City, Missouri) just finished this TV spot for Southeast furniture retailer Havertys that puts the spotlight squarely on its customers. In the spot, radically different for the category, a young woman goes on a speed date accompanied by her furniture. While most furniture retailers scream about sales, Havertys focuses on what furniture means to their customers: A chair in a living room is more than a chair; it’s a reflection of creativity and individuality.
