DEG is seeking a talented senior art director with digital experience to join our creative team and collaboratively craft engaging, impactful communications across a range of digital media. Required skills

  • Demonstrate expertise of best practices across multiple digital channels including email, social media, web design, e-commerce and mobile
  • Strong conceptual abilities, mastery of the creation of innovative, strategically-led communications
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to guide cross-functional projects and teams
  • Inspire team members and clients with smart, strong design and lead by example
  • Mentor, train and on-board art directors, designers and interns
  • Ability to grow client relationships
  • Develop and pitch abstract ideas, creative processes, and concepts



  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in visual communications or equivalent experience in related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience, with leadership experience
  • Online portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and high-quality execution of those concepts
  • Experience interacting with clients
