Walz Tetrick’s ideal candidate will know how to plan, execute and manage paid search and organic marketing campaigns. Candidate needs to understand how to incorporate search marketing into an integrated media mix and optimize search campaign results on an ongoing basis. They will understand how to budget across digital and integrated media channels to maximize efficiency, meet and exceed campaign KPIs and business goals. We are looking for an individual who can collaborate with a team to do our best work.

You will need to be nimble. You will be asked to provide solutions across many different business categories to achieve diverse business and marketing goals. The position will change and evolve quickly, and the candidate will drive much of that evolution.

Requirements/Qualifications: 
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate to drive solutions.
  • Maintain a desire to achieve results and produce quality work.
  • Ability to lead and complete concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Experience presenting strategic search recommendations in a way that's most relevant for a given audience.
  • Experience with web analytics tools.
  • Experience with paid search and organic tools and vendor partners.
  • Data visualization skills are a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a paid search role.
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Execute and manage paid and organic search campaigns.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Implement search marketing best practices within the agency.
  • Analyze data and research to identify strategic digital opportunities for our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop reporting processes and provide business and marketing insights.
  • Define campaign KPIs to paid search and digital channel mix.
