Job Description: 

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and sales from our digital customer-facing systems by validating changes prior to releasing to customers and quickly handling issues that are found in the production systems.

Requirements/Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 to 4+ years related practical work experience
  • Experience testing software applications required
  • Experience using web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and mobile/tablet devices preferred
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Validates functionality and content changes for customer-facing systems before being deployed through development and execution of test cases
  • Analyzes project documentation to determine appropriate testing scenarios
  • Executes test cases across multiple technology platforms including PC, Mac, tablets and mobile phones
  • Maintains test data and devices
  • Effectively manages defects found by detailing out steps to recreate and setting appropriate priorities and severities
  • Uses business acumen and stakeholder partnerships to determine appropriate urgency and mitigation actions
  • Reviews customer feedback and proactively monitors digital customer-facing systems to detect problems
  • Handles customer cases, survey responses and analyzes reports
  • Makes decisions on which need to have action taken on
  • Reports issues to appropriate groups to expedite and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Utilizes tools and their understanding of web/device technologies to find detailed information that can help recreate and/or solve the issue
