Job Description: Our real estate client is growing and needs a Marketing Data Analyst to join its team fulltime. They need a data-focused manager to set best practices and drive growth for its email marketing, SEO and SEM campaigns. As the Marketing Data Analyst, your main goal will be to translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic marketing plans.


The ideal Marketing Data Analyst will have:

  • 3+ years of related experience with digital marketing or advertising.
  • familiarity with best practices in marketing automation data aggregation tools
  • proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • supervisory experience preferred
Job Responsibilities: 

Your primary responsibilities will include the following for its digital marketing campaigns:

  • Translating raw data from email, paid search and digital marketing campaigns into actionable-insights and data-driven recommendations. 
  • Building and analyzing marketing and promotion forecast models.
  • Measuring ROI on marketing and recruiting campaigns. Overseeing and implementing lead gen strategies and CRM.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and executive marketing reports.
  • Exploring and implementing opportunities for marketing automation.
