We are seeking a high energy, highly organized and experienced Content Strategy and Planning Leadin the Kansas City market. This role will interface between the integrated DI team and manage communications between various clients. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates with background and experience in account management and creative environments are highly desirable. This individual must have a strong work ethic and be able to manage time and multiple priorities effectively while working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills, are a must.

The responsibilities of this take-charge individual will be to manage multiple projects, budgets and timelines effectively and profitably. The ability to work cross-functionally with our sales, design, technology, fabrication and installation teams, across multiple locations, is very important.

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years demonstrated success in a deadline driven, customer-experience focused business model requiring strong project management skills
  • Industry experience in corporate, sports, exhibit display, museum and/or specialty construction/fabrication is highly desired
  • Excellence in managing client relationships and communications across multiple accounts
  • Sales, presentation and strategy experience
  • Experience in multi-project scheduling
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs
  • Estimating experience, proposal development and contract knowledge are a plus
  • Personal Computer proficiency, specifically spreadsheet, word processing, database, Internet, and email applications
  • Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships based on effectively achieving client’s objectives in a manner that drives result
  • Act as key point of contact for clients and provide strategic planning and direction
  • Coordinate, identify and define project scope, requirements and objectives
  • Maintain a sense of teamwork throughout the company, working closely with the design, interactive, project management and other internal teams as needed to ensure client needs are being handled efficiently and effectively
  • Assist in business development activities for the organization by being alert for opportunities to grow your accounts
  • Foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture that inspires and encourages the team
