Job Description: 

We’re looking for someone with an insatiable curiosity who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. If you’re obsessed with social media, geek out over content performance, and like digging into online conversations to uncover insights, then we want to talk to you.

  • 3 or more years of relevant social media experience, agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on projects
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown
  • Genuine interest in emerging technology, pop culture, internet trends and staying on top of content distribution channels and ad formats 
  • Deep knowledge of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube etc), their technical requirements and best practices
  • Proficient in analytics tools, publishing platforms and social monitoring tools (Spredfast, Sprinklr, Netbase etc)
  • Proficient in Apple Keynote, Microsoft Excel and Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to build compelling presentations and reports
Job Responsibilities: 


  • Own the brand voice and remain constantly on the pulse of the community
  • Listen and respond to buzz on social channels as identified in community management protocol
  • Identify themes, trends, and opportunities via listening and share with internal teams
  • Identify and engage advocates and influencers to champion the brand


  • Co-develop and implement content strategy across brand channels
  • Ownership of content audits, research, and competitive analysis 
  • Integrate and collaborate with Brand Leadership, Media, Data/Analytics, Strategy and Creative Teams


  • Quality assurance of all content - paid, organic and ambassador contributions
  • Schedule and program content through publishing tools
  • Support during live events and activations (some travel required)
  • Organization and fulfillment of surprise & delight fan reward programs
  • Export data and compile monthly performance reports on social channels
