Final Online Registration: Unless otherwise noted, online registration will close the day before an event. If it’s a morning event, registration will close at Noon the day before. If it’s an evening event, registration will close at 5 p.m. the day before.
Cancellation, Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy: Pre-registered attendees not canceling reservations to attend Club functions prior to 7 days before an event shall be responsible for payment of the cost of that event.
