Fine Print Policies

Pre-registered attendees not canceling reservations to attend Club functions prior to 48 hours before an event shall be responsible for payment of the cost of that event. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at director@aafkc.com.

Event tickets are non-transferable. 

All volunteers for AAF-KC, Ad 2 Kansas City, and Art+Copy Club events, programs, initiatives must be members of the organization. Not all volunteer opportunities will guarantee free tickets to the program or event said volunteers have worked on.

We cannot guarantee that any news/jobs that are shared on our website will be promoted in the weekly Ad Briefs e-newsletter.

Accessibility/Special Needs/Dietary Restrictions: If disability accommodations (e.g., communication access, alternate formats) are needed to participate fully in this event or if you have any dietary restrictions, please contact Sarah Dyerson at director@aafkc.com at least 48 hours prior to the event start time in order for us to accommodate. If not contacted prior to 48 hours, we cannot guarantee accommodation.
